Offer valid from 05/05/2026 to 05/07/2026 (Promotional Period) to new and existing SilverChef customers who receive a confirmed quote from SilverChef during the Promotional Period and have equipment delivered on or prior to 05/07/2026. Offer applies to selected SilverChef Certified Used Equipment only and is subject to SilverChef’s standard finance and credit approval criteria. SilverChef reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet its approval requirements.

Free Shipping - Limited Time Offer
As part of the EOFY Sale, free shipping is available for a limited time only on all SilverChef Certified Used Equipment hot deals assets entered into under a new Rent‑Try‑Buy agreement, or where two (2) or more Certified Used Equipment assets are purchased in a single transaction. Free shipping is valid for delivery in Australia only and excludes remote or non‑serviceable locations. Delivery will be arranged by SilverChef’s preferred suppliers in accordance with standard delivery schedules, with delivery date and time determined at SilverChef’s discretion. Free shipping includes single‑person, kerbside delivery only. Additional services (including but not limited to inside delivery, stairs, installation or specialised handling) may incur additional charges.

SilverChef reserves the right to edit, vary or end this EOFY Sale (including the free shipping offer) at any time without notice. The offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. By purchasing Clearance equipment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The equipment is sold in its current condition and may contain faults, defects, wear, damage, missing parts, or cosmetic imperfections.
• Clearance equipment may be supplied without accessories, attachments, manuals, packaging, or other components that may have originally accompanied the equipment.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, no express warranties, guarantees, or representations are provided regarding the condition, performance, suitability, or fitness for purpose of the equipment.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, images, condition notes, and any disclosed faults before completing their purchase.
• Customers are responsible for determining whether the equipment is suitable for their intended use and compatible with their premises, utilities, and operational requirements.
• Clearance equipment has not been refurbished and may not have been inspected, tested, serviced, repaired, or certified prior to sale.
• Images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not depict the actual condition of the equipment supplied.
• Clearance equipment is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, credit, or cancellation for change of mind.
• Availability is limited and subject to prior sale.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, warranties, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
