Philip Godkin, Chief Executive Officer

Phillip joined SilverChef in February 2020 as Chief Executive Officer. 

Having led the business through the COVID pandemic, Phillip's focus is growing SilverChef by continuing to invest in the hospitality sector globally, helping more customers achieve their dreams. 

Before joining SilverChef, Phillip spent more than 20 years at the Westpac Group, where he held a variety of executive leadership roles.

Peter Forsberg, Chief Financial Officer

Peter joined SilverChef in December 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for SilverChef's financial strategy and financial operations globally. 

Peter has more than 20 years’ experience as a CFO in public and privately-owned companies across a wide range of industry sectors. Prior to SilverChef, Peter was CFO of Thorn Group, a publicly listed financial services company, where he also served as acting CEO for 11 months.

Robert Phelps, Chief Asset Management and Marketplace Officer

Robert joined SilverChef in February 2016 as Executive General Manager for Australia/New Zealand and subsequently led our Canadian business as President, SilverChef Canada for five years.

In 2022 Robert took on the leadership of SilverChef’s Certified Used division globally. The division provides a business-critical remarketing channel for equipment returned through our flagship rental product, Rent–Try–Buy.

Ben Ward, Chief Information Officer

Ben joined SilverChef in February 2020 as Chief Information Officer, responsible for technology, global transformation, strategy and operations globally.

He is an accomplished industry leader with 20 years’ of senior-executive experience across a wide range of industries and organisations.

Ben specialises in results-driven business transformation; his industry leadership has been recognised by Gartner, Business Review Australia, and CIO Magazine.

Dunstin Lynch, Chief Risk Officer

Dunstin joined SilverChef in February 2017 as Head of Group Risk, responsible for risk management, corporate governance, fraud management, audit and compliance globally. 

He is an accomplished senior executive, whose key achievements at SilverChef include reducing risk through the introduction of effective controls and governance frameworks and leading the company’s COVID crisis response. 

Before joining SilverChef, Dunstin spent 18 years at Heritage Bank, where his most recent position was General Manager, Technology.

Amanda Tye, Chief People, Customer and Impact Officer 

Amanda joined SilverChef in January 2018 and took on the role of Head of People and Impact in January 2020, becoming Chief People and Impact Officer in 2022.  In 2023 she added Customer Success to her remit, becoming Chief People, Customer and Impact Officer.

She has more than 20 years' experience in HR across the education, banking and telecommunications sectors. An experienced leader, Amanda has a proven track record in growing high-performing teams and delivering strategic outcomes. 

Before joining SilverChef, Amanda was General Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development, at a major telecommunications provider.

Stuart Zalunardo, President Canada

Stuart, who joined SilverChef in November 2020, leads SilverChef's business in Canada, home to more than 100,000 foodservice businesses. Previously, he was the company’s Sales Director for Australia and New Zealand. 

Stuart has more than 30 years' experience driving growth within the finance industry. Prior to SilverChef, Stuart was National Head of Industry Business Banking at St George Group, where he led a national team of industry-aligned business bankers across St George, BankSA, and Bank of Melbourne.

Jeremy Mangan, Chief Commercial Officer 

Jeremy joined SilverChef in July 2017 as National Sales Manager for Australia. As Chief Commercial Officer, he is now responsible for driving growth, leading our Marketing and Sales teams and developing our dealer channels across Australia and New Zealand.

Jeremy took on the Chief Commercial Officer role after successfully developing Certified Used into a profitable and business-critical remarketing channel. Prior to that, Jeremy was Business Leader for Business Development and Customer Experience.

Michael Yablon, Founder and CEO Econolease

Michael grew Econolease from infancy to Canada’s leading non-bank finance player in the food and hospitality sector. He continues to lead and grow the Econolease business following its acquisition by SilverChef in 2021. 

Before founding Econolease, Michael had an eight-year career at Shaw Communications as Director of Sales and Service in Central Canada. He also worked at Nike and the PGA Tour.
