Niall Grigg, Chief Growth Officer: ANZ Q1 FY27 update

While operating conditions across the industry remain challenging, we've had a solid start to the financial year, supported by the continued partnership of our dealer network.

In Q1, we approved more than 90% of deals, while continuing to see strong demand from hospitality businesses seeking equipment funding. This is an encouraging signal for our industry as we head into Q2.

Q1 Performance

  • $60.8M approved to spend

  • 2,581 customers

  • $2.4M in equipment upgrades

  • Over 8000 equipment units funded

Earn an additional 5% commission for Certified Used Equipment

From 2 November to 6 December 2026, our Black Friday customer promotion will be live. During the promotion, you'll earn an additional 5% commission on all Certified Used Equipment Rent-Try-Buy contracts, creating another opportunity to help customers move forward while earning more on eligible deals.

Core Platform Improvements

On the 12th of this month, SilverChef successfully launched our new core platform with a clear purpose: to make it easier for our teams to support Dealer Partners and customers, from the first quote and through the entire customer journey.

By bringing customer, opportunity and application information into one connected system, the platform gives our teams better visibility, enables stronger collaboration, and improves how we manage customer interactions. Just as importantly, it creates the scalable foundation we need to respond faster to changing customer needs and continue improving the experience for dealers and customers alike.

This launch is more than a technology milestone. It is an important step in enhancing how we operate so we can deliver simpler, more consistent and more reliable support to our Dealer Partners and create a stronger platform for growth together.

Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership. We appreciate your support and look forward to working with you and your customers throughout Q2 and beyond.

Regards,
Niall Grigg
