Christmas Closure Warranty Information

Warranty Terms and Conditions for 21st December 2019 through 6th January 2020

These terms & conditions are in addition to our Standard Warranty Terms & Conditions and our Delivery and Returns Policy.

Authorisation is given to the contract holder to arrange their own technician to conduct any repairs required to equipment supplied by Silver Chef Certified Used and complies with the below conditions:

  • must be within 3 months from contract start date
  • installation certificate provided on request for equipment
  • standard hours rates only covered (no after hours or public holiday rates will be paid)
  • report from technician that attends site outlining the fault of the equipment and any work completed. If error is deemed user error, no warranty applies
  • Invoice may not exceed $500

What we need from the technician to be authorised for payment:

  • Invoice states Tax Invoice
  • ABN
  • GST component listed
  • Made out to Silver Chef Rentals Pty Ltd
  • Report of fault & work completed
  • Banking details provided on invoice

If the Technician has not worked for Silver Chef in the last 6 months we will also require:

  • Proof of banking details (ie letterhead from bank with bank account number)

  • Trading Name
  • Your Name
  • Contact Number
  • Contract Number
  • piece of equipment with the fault and a brief outline in your words of the fault
  • invoice for work completed or technicians details & an ETA of invoice.
