“Customer Service” is a phrase often bandied about in corporate literature that captures a broad range of aspects but essentially encapsulates the purported interaction that underlies the relationship between a customer and a company or brand.

June has been a month on the road meeting with members of our nationwide dealer network.

Having the right systems in place for a business is to my mind an interesting challenge that all successful companies face from time to time. I would think that in most instances the story is quite similar and the following stages may sound familiar.

As COO of Silver Chef I’m constantly looking for innovative ways to improve the customer experience with Rent-Try-Buy. I was therefore delighted to find a product that made life easier for our customers whilst reducing an existing bottleneck for our staff.
