I first came across blogging a couple of years ago when my son chose to live in China for a year and regularly updated his blog providing readers an insight to his day to day life in China and certainly some of the adventures he experienced. Blogging can be a very effective communication tool.
So why a Silver Chef blog? One of our company’s Core Values is Communication, and we continue to look at ways we can improve our communication both internally and externally, so to develop the communication aspect with our clients Charles Gregory our COO and I decided to set up the blog.
Our goal of this blog is to provide more information about what we do at Silver Chef and we’d love to hear some feedback on some of the new initiatives we’re introducing. This blog will serve as a way to share what we find interesting and that you will find relevant. I hope that we can convey some of the culture that exists within the “Silver Chef Village” as we call it.
Over time I will share our values that we live by and how important they are when we are engaged with our customers and our fellow team members.
Leadership Team
I would like to introduce you to our Leadership Team.
I I hope that you use this medium to let me know your thoughts, good and bad; if you’ve been pleased or disappointed I’d love to know. I don’t want this blog to be all corporate - I want it to share our thoughts and most importantly hear yours. I won’t moderate feedback unless I believe it is offensive to others or unnecessarily rude.
With your feedback we can try our best to ensure appropriate changes are made to create the best possible customer experience, and improve our Rent-Try-Buy program for you. I look forward to hearing your feedback.
