As you are aware we have now launched our new website and have a completely new look, with a great deal more of information for our customers, Dealers and Brokers. You will find the site to be quite user friendly and easier to move around.
As like all technology projects, it’s been a long time since we initially saw the need to refresh the website. There are always a variety of challenges along the way, but we have overcome these and are now able to share with you a great end result!
We have chosen a platform that we believe will enable us to grow over the next few years and continue to provide an engaging experience tailored to your needs. We have also implemented a variety of new features that we hope you will find useful, some of which are listed below:
• Rental Calculator Widget – so you don’t have to leave the page to find the rental calculator.
• Content rich homepage – to make it easier for you to find the information you need, in a more engaging way Easier navigation – pages of importance in prominent areas and more easily accessible content.
• Dealer & Broker login area– where we can store a whole array of information specific towards Dealer and Broker needs.
• Simpler and quicker Application process and contact forms. We want you to help you as soon as we can.
So why a Silver Chef blog? One of our company’s Core Values is communication, and we continue to look at ways we can improve our communication both internally and externally, so to engage and build on our relationship with our customers, Dealers and Brokers I decided to set up the blog.
Blogging allows for interaction between two parties and my main goal with our blog is to regularly communicate and engage our customers, Dealers and Brokers on news and happenings within the Silver Chef community.
In addition, I aim to provide more information about what we do at Silver Chef and we’d love to hear some feedback on some of the new initiatives we’re introducing such as our new website. This blog will serve as an information hub as we share our values, goals and interesting facts to you and we hope to make it an even more useful platform moving forward with our new website.
I hope that you use this medium to let me know your thoughts, good and bad; if you’ve been pleased or disappointed I’d love to know. While we feel we are off to a great start, we accept that our website is a constant work in progress, and we take all feedback seriously. Trust me, we had a lot of it along the way to consider and implement!
