I recently announced to the stock market that I will be retiring as Managing Director of Silver Chef Ltd July 1, 2010.
Having the right systems in place for a business is to my mind an interesting challenge that all successful companies face from time to time. I would think that in most instances the story is quite similar and the following stages may sound familiar.
As CEO of Silver Chef I’m constantly looking for innovative ways to improve the customer experience with Rent-Try-Buy. I was therefore delighted to find a product that made life easier for our customers whilst reducing an existing bottleneck for our staff.
